Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft will not abandon the Burgas–Alexandroupolis oil pipeline project - despite its partner Bulgaria’s failure to provide financing - but will freeze the construction this fall, Transneft Vice President Mikhail Barkov said on Friday.
