Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez’ visit to Moscow
During his two-day visit, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has planned discussions with Russia’s leadership in implementing joint projects in energy and finances, as well as military cooperation. This is the Venezuelan leader’s ninth visit to the Russian capital.
