New Year’s Eve in Kamchatka postponed due to bad weather

Black ice was the reason why people in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky in Russia’s Far East could not celebrate the New Year on January 1. They had their celebrations two weeks after the traditional date, on January 14.
