Kaliningrad ‘minefields’: a WWII throwback

In Russia’s Kaliningrad Region, over 1 million unexploded shells still remain in the area following World War II. The regional Duma is expecting support from Germany, Great Britain and the United States in the disposal of these latent bombs.
