Nine people, including one child, were killed in an accident in Russia’s Novosibirsk Region when a passenger bus traveling at 20 kilometers per hour on a smooth road overturned, falling into a ditch. The bus driver was either asleep or speaking on the cell phone at the moment of the accident, preliminary reports say.
