Indian authorities say medical teams are being rushed to flood-devastated areas in the country's south where about 205 people have died after five days of unceasing torrential rains. K. Rosaiah, chief minister of Andhra Pradesh state, says more than 450,000 people displaced by the floods are sheltering in 100 relief camps across the state. Nearly a hundred thousand homes have been swept away by flood waters, which have submerged a large swathe of land across southern India.
