Four people died in north-eastern Turkey as a result of heavy flooding on Saturday, local media reported.
In Duzkoy, a man watched in despair as a building collapsed in front of him.
Pictures from the city of Trabzon showed a waterlogged shop as well as flood-damaged roads and buildings.
