Secondary run-off election for Ukraine
The Ukraine will be forced to hold a secondary run-off election next month after Sunday's presidential election failed to produce an outright winner. The two strongest candidates, current Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko and her bitter rival Viktor Yanukovych will go head to head on February 7 to decide the winner.
