Moscow’s reservoirs getting ready for unprecedented spring floods
The Moskva River may rise by 80 cm in spring, say officials at Mosvodokanal State Unitary Enterprise. Unprecedented heavy snowfalls were registered this winter, with average 57-cm snowdrifts piling up in the Moscow Region.
