On March 5, traffic police ordered several drivers to use their cars to form a barrier on the Moscow Automobile Ring Road during Operation Document Bag. Stanislav Sutyagin, whose car was involved, describes the incident to RIA Novosti.
Sutyagin said his car and a nearby Volga vehicle were ordered to stop and were subsequently rammed by a car travelling at maximum speed. That car then fled the scene of the accident.
