Medvedev expresses his condolences to the Polish people over Kaczynski’s death

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev expressed his condolences to the people of Poland in connection with the death of Polish President Lech Kaczynski in a plane crash in west Russia on Saturday. He also announced a day of national mourning in Russia for April 12.
