The legendary band U2 arrived in Moscow to a warm welcome from their fans, who chanted “Welcome to Moscow” as the Irish group signed autographs for them.
Their first and only Moscow concert will be pure magic, say the organizers, who expect unprecedented ticket sales of about 82,000, filling the Luzhniki Stadium to capacity and setting a Russian show business record.
The Irish group launched their 360 Degree world tour in Barcelona on June 30 last year. Their first Moscow show is one of their additional concerts scheduled for this year.
