Ex-British defense minister assesses Russia’s perspectives in NATO
Former British Secretary of State for Defense Geoffrey Hoon believes Russia could become a member of NATO, but the integration process will take several years. Hoon gave his opinion during the Global Policy Forum in the city of Yaroslavl, Russia.
