The fourth Kremlin Cooking School opened at the Moscow Museum of Culinary Arts on April 7.
The cooking course kicked off with a master class given to a group of cooks and chefs from around the country by Yevgeny Malyutin, member of the Council of the National Chefs Guild.
Malyutin, who has been organizing Kremlin receptions for over 20 years, said the so-called Kremlin cuisine was primarily based on Russian cooking traditions.
Several menus are compiled, approved by a special protocol board, and discussed with dieticians and doctors.
