Subscribe
Some 20,000 protesters held a march in Moscow against a law that bans children from being adopted by American families from January 1, 2013. The Dima Yakovlev Law is a direct response to the US Magnitsky Act, which bans legislators and other authorities from entering the United States who were allegedly tied to the death of Sergei Magnitsky in a pre-trial detention center in Moscow in 2009 as well as other humanitarian violations.
