CORRECTION: Belarus to repay debt for Russian gas within eighteen months

MINSK, September 6 (RIA Novosti) - Belarus intends to repay its debt on Russian gas that has already been supplied within the next eighteen months, Belarusian Deputy Premier Vladimir Semashko said Tuesday.

"We will be able to repay this debt within a year and a half," he said.

The country's gas debt to Russia aggregates $120 million.
