MEXICO CITY, November 11 (RIA Novosti, Mikhail Belyat) - Involving Russian private companies in projects in Venezuela testifies to an improvement in bilateral relations, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov said Friday.
At a session of a bilateral commission, the head of the Russian delegation said the projects would include construction of heating power plants in Venezuela and development of the country's mining industry.
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said the two countries were looking forward to expanding cooperation and making it more effective in the name of progress and mutual prosperity.
