U.S. Secretary of State Rice to visit Ukraine in December

WASHINGTON, November 29 (RIA Novost, Arkady Orlov) - U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will visit Ukraine during a December 5-9 European tour, the State Department has announced.

"Her stop in Ukraine will underscore U.S. support for continued political and economic reform one year after the 'Orange Revolution'," an official statement said.

Rice's itinerary also includes Germany, Romania and Belgium.
