Although oil production is higher than demand, fuel prices are continuing to rise, Christof Ruehl said at an international conference on energy security in Moscow. He said countries are replenishing their reserves to use or sell later. 
"If we start assembly-line production of NPPs, it will be a clearly controllable process, restricted in time, which will lead to unification of nuclear-reactor parameters and reduce expenditures," Kovalchuk said. 
"The Iranian side has confirmed its readiness to continue talks with Moscow on establishing a joint venture to enrich uranium [in Russia] for Iran's energy needs."
"In a letter, Milosevic expressed concerns about some methods used in his treatment, which he said had harmed his health," Lavrov said.
"We are highly disappointed with Tehran's conduct during these talks," Sergei Lavrov said. "Iran is absolutely failing to help those [parties] who are seeking peaceful ways to resolve this problem."

A group of Russian doctors will fly to The Hague Tuesday to see the results of the autopsy conducted on Slobodan Milosevic, an official said Monday.
An opposition candidate running in the presidential elections in Belarus issued a warning Monday about ballot-rigging at the March 19 vote and called for his supporters to take to the streets on election day. 
The Russian Foreign Ministry said Monday that ex-Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic had sent a letter to Moscow criticizing his medical treatment in The Hague and asked to undergo a course of treatment in Moscow.
"There are no grounds for anyone, including Russia, to defend Iran's position," Konstantin Kosachev said. "We should discuss an appropriate plan of coordinated action for the international community."
The brother of former Yugoslavian President Slobodan Milosevic, who died in The Hague Saturday, was hospitalized in Moscow Monday.
