HAGUE, June 7 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko arrived in The Hague Wednesday for a two-day official visit.
Ukraine has been pursuing integration into Europe and NATO since the "orange revolution" in the country brought Yushchenko to power in 2004.
Yushchenko, accompanied by his spouse, will meet with Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands and hold talks with Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende on bilateral political, economic and cultural issues and the global situation.
He will also meet with parliamentary officials, businessmen and bankers.
