Tehran will reconsider its relations with the UN's nuclear watchdog if the UN Security Council passes a draft resolution on sanctions against Iran without including Russia's amendments softening the sanctions, Iran's top nuclear negotiator said Friday. 
Rosneft [RTS: ROSN], Russia's largest state-controlled oil company, said Friday it plans to double its trade with East Asian companies in the next five years. 
Iran's top nuclear negotiator arrived in Moscow Friday for talks on the country's controversial nuclear program. Ali Larijani will meet with Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Security Council Secretary Igor Ivanov.
