The A-320 airliner with 168 people onboard was en route from Moscow to Geneva when it made an unscheduled landing at Prague's Ruzyne international airport after the pilot declared an emergency.
"Preliminary reports said an attempt was made to attack the crew," Aeroflot's Irina Dannenberg said. "The liner is now at the airport, which is cordoned off by police."

The A-320 airliner with more than 100 passengers onboard was en route from Moscow to Geneva but had to land in Prague after a hijacker tried to attack the crew.

Vneshtorgbank (VTB) and Societe Generale have won a tender to finance the construction of an oil refinery in East Siberia for Russia's largest diamond producer, Alrosa, the company said Thursday. 
Germany's government said Thursday the gas dispute between Russia and Belarus is above all a bilateral issue and will not affect Russian gas deliveries to Europe.
