TBILISI, March 21 (RIA Novosti) - Georgia's foreign exchange reserves have for the first time exceeded $1 billion, the country's national bank said Tuesday.
As of March 19, the republic's gold and foreign exchange reserves totaled $1.6 billion.
Last year, the country's foreign exchange reserves amounted to $882 million.
