TELAVIV, May 16 (RIA Novosti) - Palestinian militants resumed rocket attacks on the southern Israeli town of Sderot, the army's press service said Wednesday.
The military said three Qassam rockets had been fired at the town from Gaza. No victims have been reported.
The militants fired about 20 rockets at the border town Tuesday, which severely injured a local woman, slight hurt a few people, and left other residents deeply shocked.
The Izzedine al Qassam brigades, a militant branch of the Hamas Islamist movement, claimed responsibility for the Tuesday attack.
