Iran will hold its second Nuclear Technology Day on April 8, during which the government will tout the country's new achievements in the nuclear sector. 
India signed a memorandum of understanding on oil and gas with Turkmenistan on Saturday, in a bid to open up Indian companies' access to the Central Asian country's rich reserves. 
The United States president left the NATO summit in Bucharest for a brief stop-off in Croatia, one of the two new recruits to the military alliance, and will arrive in south Russia later on Saturday.
