* Standard & Poor's said that it had raised its long-term corporate credit rating on Russian state-controlled oil company Rosneft to BBB- from BB+, boosting the company to the investment-grade level

* The Central Bank of Russia decided to raise from July 1 the reserve requirements for credit institutions by 0.5-1.5% in a bid to stem inflation, the CBR said
