KABUL, November 13 (RIA Novosti) - A suicide bombing near a U.S. military base on the outskirts of the Afghan capital of Kabul killed at least two people on Friday, a spokesman for the Afghan Interior Ministry said.
The bomber targeted a military convoy outside the U.S. Phoenix Camp. The blast killed two Afghan civilians and destroyed two U.S. armored vehicles.
Reports say three U.S. soldiers and three civilians were also injured in the attack.
In October, six foreigners were killed and another five wounded in an attack on a guest house used by UN staff in the center of the Afghan capital.
