Bomb kills 5 police officers in south Afghanistan

Five police officers died on Monday when a bomb went off in the southern Afghan province of Kandahar, the Interior Ministry said.

A police Ford Ranger pickup was blown up by a remote-controlled bomb, with all the police officers in the vehicle reportedly killed.
