Medvedev to discuss economic ties with Guyana leader

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will discuss economic and humanitarian ties with Guyanese President Bharrat Jagdeo on Tuesday, a Kremlin source said on Monday.
"The talks will focus on diversifying bilateral trade," the source said.
Jagdeo, who arrived in Moscow on Monday for a seven-day official visit, is a graduate of People's Friendship University of Russia.
The two countries mark the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations in 2010. Jagdeo visited the Russian capital in 2003 and 2007.
Russia's RusAl, the world's biggest aluminum producer, set up a joint venture to mine and process bauxite in Guyana in 2004.
