US First Lady Michelle Obama has voted early in the presidential elections.

“Hey, @BarackObama, I just dropped my absentee ballot in the mail - I couldn’t wait for Election Day! Love you! -mo,” President Barack Obama’s wife said personally on Twitter.

The United States will hold presidential elections on November 6.

Barack Obama is expected to vote early on October 25 in Illinois, which will be the first time a presidential candidate will not vote personally on the election day.

According to experts, some 30 percent of voters may cast their ballots before the formal election day, the BBC reported.
