- mrgeniePutin has tens of thousands of nukes!13:01, 06/12/2012That puts him on place 2! Especially since he repeated many times he will use them against unarmed woman and children. That would make him even more powerful then Obama, who can't use his nukes and never threatened to use them against woman and children.
- Iranian ExpatHello13:21, 06/12/2012Well hello there.

- Michael JohnathenUmm15:07, 06/12/2012Mrgenie where are you from? Your comments range from sociopath to delusional. Putin has said nothing of that sort, he said he will counter any Nato backed missile shield with nuclear weapons it doesn't take a genius to understand that the missile-shield is aimed at Moscow not Iran not North Korea.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation is one of the most important foreign policy initiatives taken by Russia along with five other countries. Both Russia and China want to reduce the threat of separatism and western influence in the region. Emergence of SCO provoked new international order.
