MOSCOW, February 2 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for February 3 is 36.1767 rubles, up 76 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 46.0457 rubles, up 38 kopeks from Monday.
