MOSCOW, September 13 (RIA Novosti) - As of Sept. 1, Russia's Stabilization Fund has accrued 832.1 billion rubles ($29.3 billion), a 160% increase from the beginning of the year, the Finance Ministry said Tuesday.
On January 1, the Stabilization Fund was at 522.3 billion rubles ($18.33 billion).
