MOSCOW, September 19 (RIA Novosti) - Major Russian suppliers of refined oil products have agreed to freeze their domestic gasoline prices until year's end, the Industries and Energy Ministry said Monday. Other measures to prevent further gas price spikes in Russia will include amending tax legislation. The Economic Development and Trade Ministry is currently working on a proposal to introduce a floating rate for the mining tax, which would vary depending on production conditions and the quality of output.
