BISHKEK, October 23 (RIA Novosti) - The parliament of Kyrgyzstan will not convene for an extraordinary session Sunday planned to discuss Prime Minister Felix Kulov's resignation, deputy parliament speaker Erkinbek Alymbekov said. Most MPs are not in the capital and only "preliminary consultations" could take place, Alymbekov said. Protesters in Kyrgyzstan are demanding the resignation of the prime minister two days after an MP was killed by inmates in a prison revolt.
