MOSCOW, November 5 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law to ratify the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel and Radioactive Waste Management, the Kremlin press service said Saturday.
The law was adopted by the lower house of the Russian parliament on October 21 and approved by the upper house October 26.
