KIEV, November 21 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine and the European Union began talks Monday to ease visa regulations for Ukrainian nationals traveling to Europe.
Officials representing Ukraine on the European Commission said relaxed visa regulations are among the priorities of the EU's Action Plan for closer ties with Ukraine.
