Ena Zizi was entombed in the debris of the Port-au-Prince Catholic cathedral after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake devastated the impoverished Caribbean nation on January 12.

"I talked only to my boss - God," she was quoted as saying when asked about her ordeal.

Reports on her condition are confused, with some sources suggesting she may not survive.

Estimates as to the final death toll in the earthquake range up to 200,000. Some 75,000 people have already been buried in an area north of the capital.

Fearing aftershocks, thousands of people have been sleeping in streets since the quake.
