MOSCOW, June 20 (RIA Novosti) - GAZ (RTS: GAZA), a Russian automaker, said Tuesday its consolidated net profit calculated to International Financial Reporting Standards totaled 3.08 billion rubles (about $107.6 mln) in 2005.
The company, which is based in the Volga region, said its consolidated sales in the reporting period had reached 87.84 billion rubles (about $3.07 billion), while gross profit hit 16.21 billion rubles (about $567 million).
GAZ said it planned to achieve consolidated sales of 100 billion rubles (about $3.7 billion) in 2006.
The company, which has a charter capital of just under 14.56 million rubles (about $540,000), earlier said it would pay 38.4 rubles (about $1.42) per share in dividends for 2005.
