MOSCOW, August 15 (RIA Novosti) - Power Machines (Silovye Mashiny) [RTS: SILM] said Tuesday its net profit calculated to Russian Accounting Standards fell 4.6% in the first six months of 2006 to 7.18 bln rubles ($266 mln).
The company's liabilities rose 12.8% in the first half of this year to 9.82 bln rubles ($362 mln).
Power Machines, which produces and supplies equipment for hydro, steam, gas and nuclear power plants, said the main factor in its financials were long-term contracts in engineering and supplies of equipment to new markets.
