The bank said its assets as of June 30 were at 128.8 billion rubles ($4.8 billion), up 15.5% since the start of the year, while the bank's equity rose 9.7% in the reporting period, to 12.8 billion rubles ($480 million).
Promsvyazbank said last Friday it has secured two loans totaling 12.8 million euros from Germany's Commerzbank AG.
A Promsvyazbank news release said Commerzbank has agreed to disburse a loan of 11.8 million euros, with a repayment term of eight years, and a 1 million euro loan, repayable within five and a half years, against guarantees by German export agency Hermes.
The larger loan will be used to pay for malt-house equipment, to be supplied under a contract between a Promsvyazbank client and Germany's Buhler GmbH, Braunschweig. The smaller loan will go to finance art printing equipment supplies, under a Promsvyazbank client's deal with Windmoller & Holscher KG, the release said.
Promsvyazbank, established in 1995, ranks among the country's top 30 banks by assets, standing at 130.8 billion rubles ($4.88 billion) as of July 1.
