MOSCOW, October 23 (RIA Novosti) - Production of oil with gas condensate in Russia grew 2.4% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2006, reaching 357.92 million metric tons, the Industry and Energy Ministry said Monday.

September saw a decline in daily output, for the first time since February, to 1.33 million tons, compared to 1.335 million tons in August, the ministry said.

Oil exports to countries outside the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) were down 0.2% year-on-year in January-September, totaling 159.82 million tons (1.17 billion bbl), according to ministry and Federal Tax Service data.

Crude exports to CIS countries declined 2.4% in the reporting period to 28.15 million tons (206.9 million bbl). Exports to Belarus and Kazakhstan rose, while oil sales to Ukraine fell.

The ministry said oil supply to the domestic market gained 1.3% during the period, and that 45.2% of domestically-produced crude was refined within Russia (compared to 43.9% in January-September 2005).
