MOSCOW, November 29 (RIA Novosti) - International ratings agency Standard&Poors has upgraded the credit rating of Russian energy giant Gazptom [RTS: GAZP] from BBB- to BBB with a stable outlook, the agency said Wednesday.
The agency upgraded Gazprom's rating as part of its review of the Russian government's influence on companies under its control.
The agency also confirmed BB+ corporate credit rating and ruAA+ national scale rating of Gazprom's subsidiary Gazprom Neft [RTS: SIBN], with a positive outlook.
