MOSCOW, January 11 (RIA Novosti) - Credit institutions' balances on correspondent accounts with the Central Bank of Russia totaled 572.9 billion rubles ($21.6 billion at the current exchange rate) at the beginning of the business day, down 8.7% (54.6 billion rubles/$2 billion) from Wednesday, the CBR said Thursday.
Credit institutions' balances on deposit accounts with the Bank of Russia stood at 250.2 billion rubles ($9.4 billion), up 53.2% (86.9 billion rubles/$3.3 billion) from Wednesday, the CBR said.
