MOSCOW, May 3 (RIA Novosti) - Vozrozhdenie Bank, a leading Russian commercial bank, announced Thursday the price of its share offering at 1,520 rubles ($59) per share.
Vozrozhdenie Bank, which is on a list of the country's top 30 banks published by the Central Bank of Russia, will offer three million newly issued common shares from May 4, the bank said in a statement.
Non-residents are likely to buy the larger part of the share offering to increase their proportion in the bank's enlarged charter capital from the current 25% to 34%, the statement said.
Vozrozhdenie Bank intends to raise 4.56 billion rubles (about $177 million) from its share placement to finance the growth of the bank's assets, the statement said.
