MOSCOW, October 18 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from October 19 is 24.8749 rubles, down 5.26 kopeks from Thursday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Friday is 35.4194 rubles, up 8.22 kopeks from Thursday.
