MOSCOW, November 15 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from November 16 is 24.4620 rubles, down 2.97 kopeks from Thursday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Friday is 35.9053 rubles, up 1.27 kopeks from Thursday.
