MOSCOW, November 30 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for December 1-3 is 24.4171 rubles, up 6.65 kopeks from Friday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Saturday-Monday is 36.0055 rubles, down 3.34 kopeks from Friday.
