MOSCOW, December 18 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from December 19 is 24.7236 rubles, up 1.76 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 35.5822 rubles, down 2.16 kopeks from Tuesday.
