MOSCOW, December 25 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from December 26 is 24.7196 rubles, down 1.11 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 35.5839 rubles, up 1.62 kopeks from Tuesday.
